A few days ago I got the opportunity to try out Himalays new range of Premium Creams. The first in this series of creams is the Himalaya Herbals Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream.

 This is a Gel cream, a little thicker than a gel and a little thinner than cream. Let us start with the packaging. The product comes in a glass tub with a stylish bottle green cap.

The smell is not overpowering, it is pleasant and is good for someone who does not like heavily scented creams. The Himalaya Herbals Oil Free Radiance Gel Cream is Alcohol and Paraben free, it claims to bring a radiance to the skin when used over time.

  I have oily/ combination skin and for me this was a good day time moisturizer that is not heavy or too light. I would say it does not leave the face matte and you could use a little powder through out the day but it is considerably less compared to if you use a heavy moisturizer. Its absorbs quite fast into the skin and did not break me out. Over all I would say it is a decent product for the price that you pay.

Today I am going to review the Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain – Parisian Passion . I have used this product over the past few months for different occasions. The Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain – Parisian Passion is not your typical stain. First it does not dry matte and is very creamy almost bordering on oily to be honest.

 In terms of packaging as you can see it is very sleek. In fact I probably bought it because of that. It also is very practical, fits in a purse or clutch for parties. It comes with a doefoot applicator.

 The applicator picks up a generous amount of product and is tapered towards the end. It is quite easy to apply the product with this as the tip helps get a nice clean line.

 In terms of pigment, it is not the most pigmented lip stain as in the following swatch you can see some of my pigmented lips. The color it self is a deep burgundy with a slight plum tint.

This is what it looks like after I wiped the swatch off with a tissue , no remover and as you can see it does stain pretty well. I would say this does last quite long in my experience but I would touch up after food, especially indian food !

This is a swatch on my lips and as you can see it is quite pigmented and does have a very moist almost gloss like texture. It is not a gloss though, it is definitely more creamy than a gloss.
