Give your Hair Some Summer Care

Today I’m reviewing the Palmers coconut oil formula deep conditioning protein pack. This hair treatment is infused with Vitamin E and Raw coconut oil harvested from coconut palm tress. It is formulated with ethically sustainable sourced ingredients .

Palmers products are generally very natural based products and they are made to cater to sensitive skin and pregnant women especially . Since I’m now an expecting mommy Im very conscious of what I use on my body. It is very important to stay away from products that contained bleach or parabens .

I used the Palmers coconut oil formula deep conditioning protein pack once and for someone who has thick hair that goes curly, frizzy and fluffy when it dries I thought I’d give this stuff a go and I was not disappointed. This stuff works like a gel without it looking greasy and does the job nicely – it doesn’t dry too hard either and easily washes out. When I generally review hair treatments or masks , I use them at-least 2 times to see the difference . But with this product I saw a change within one wash. I have long hair and this product was suitable for only one wash . Although for medium and short hair they can use this one sachet for multiple uses depending upon how sparingly they apply it .

The Palmers conditioner has a lovely coconut tropical fragrance and it lingers for long . But over all I found this treatment very nourishing to the hair and will definitely be repurchasing it soon . Also since my hair is cooler treated and very dehydrated I find it necessary to use deep hair conditioning treatments once a week to restore the nutrition in your hair apart form you daily conditioner .

 

 

 

 

Summer Time Extra Love

Summer time means wearing sandals and  spending time out-doors. We religiously use sun screen or sun block all over our face and body, and tend to neglect our feet. Our feet see the worst of summer ,they get exposed to sun, heat and dust. Today I’m going review the Palmers coca butter formula magic foot cream. This cream is infused with vitamin E, peppermint oil and mango butter. The palmers magic foot cream is formulated to deeply moisturizers rough, dry skin and soothes tired feet.

I am really glad I found this amazing product from palmers. The Magic Foot cream is a great product to deal with dry skin and thick skin feet. It also helped me when I had very sore feet from walking everyday with a heavy pregnant belly, in the summers. Before I would go to sleep I would apply this over my feet and the next day I would be ready again for walking. My Skin felt softer afterwards but this was also following a soak, scrub and pumice stone. Took a bit of rubbing in but maybe I used too much which is why I’ve said a little goes a long way.I have done this for two nights and feet feel good already.I am now using it on my elbows as well and it really helps!

The palmers formula has a lovely mouse-creamy consistency, rather than a thick balm which absorbs into the skin immediately and leaves your skin feeling plump. You can also apply it 2 times a day and will not leave you skin feeling greasy.

I have tried all sorts of foot creams, even some costing much more than the palmers cocoa butter magic foot cream, but this is definitely the best. You do need to put socks on immediately after using but it soaks in quite quickly and a little goes a very long way. It is not heavily fragranced which is also a plus point for me as in pregnancy I have found me self turning away from fragranced products as my sense of smell is enlightened.
